The Collateral Management Harmonisation Task Force
The Collateral Management Harmonisation Task Force (CMH-TF) formulates and monitors the implementation of a single rulebook for collateral management, custody/corporate actions and other asset servicing processes. The work done by the CMH-TF includes the development of harmonisation standards for triparty and bilateral collateral management, corporate actions (on stock), billing processes and other collateral management processes. Thus the CMH-TF supports the work of the AMI-SeCo Harmonisation Steering Group (HSG) and AMI-SeCo.
The CMH-TF is composed of representatives from (I)CSDs, TPAs, CCPs, custodians, market participants and Eurosystem NCBs.
