Economic Bulletin

The Economic Bulletin provides a comprehensive analysis of the economic and the monetary and financial developments which form the basis for the Governing Council’s decisions. The Economic Bulletin also includes articles focusing on broader topics, as well as a statistical section.

It is published eight times a year, two weeks after each monetary policy meeting.

Issues published in March, June, September and December include a discussion of the Eurosystem/ECB staff macroeconomic projections for the euro area.

Eurosystem/ECB staff macroeconomic projections

Four times a year the ECB publishes macroeconomic projections for the euro area. Eurosystem staff projections, which are produced jointly by experts from the ECB and the euro area national central banks, are published in June and December. ECB staff projections are published in March and September.
